Meet the new Pope - Leo XIV
The Catholic Church has a new leader: Pope Leo XIV, also known as Robert Francis Prevost, who has just become the 267th pope. He is the first American-born pope and has deep ties to Latin America, especially Peru, where he spent many years as a missionary and church leader.
Pope Leo XIV is known for his kindness and work with the poor and vulnerable. He has taught future priests, supported families in need, and built bridges between cultures.
His election is a reminder of our mission—not just to teach, but to shape hearts and minds. Our classrooms are places where faith is lived in real, meaningful ways. As Pope Leo leads with service and unity, he inspires a new generation of young Catholics to live their faith with compassion, awareness, and hope.
“Let us be people of peace, builders of bridges, and bearers of hope.” – Pope Leo XIV
A Prayer for Pope Leo XIV

Bless him with wisdom, kindness, and strength.
Help him lead with love and care for all people.
May he always listen to You and guide us closer to Jesus.
Amen.
